About the Role
As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of your store and lead from the front. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the full employee life cycle
- Building and leading a team that delivers exceptional customer service
- Driving sales growth and achieving store and department KPIs
- Launching catalogue campaigns
- Visual merchandising and maintaining strong store standards
- Daily stock recovery and replenishment
- Managing high-volume stock movement and stock integrity initiatives
- Reviewing and actioning reports including sales, top sellers, and P&L
About You
You’re a motivated retail leader with an owner’s mindset and a passion for developing people. You’ll bring:
- Proven retail store management experience
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Visual merchandising and activity set-up experience
- The physical capability to manage large volumes of stock
- A hands-on, positive leadership style that inspires your team
- A resilient, solutions-focused approach
- Confidence working with sales data, reporting, and P&L
- Strong communication and IT skills
- First Aid certification (or willingness to complete – fully funded)
