The Role
As a Spotlight Night Fill Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Supervise a team of up to 4 stock team members.
- Ensure all stock is received and replenished in a timely manner.
- Manage stock receiving process
- Support the Store Manager with your stock experience and expertise.
- Adhere to OH & S policies & procedures.
- Provide high level of customer service to our customers
The Ideal Candidate
- High Volume stock volume management is required
- Experience with supervising a small team of up to 5
- A passionate attitude that inspires team to exceed goals
- Strong time management, delegation and follow up skills
- Experience within warehousing environments is also highly desired for this role
- Strong ability to multi-task, pre plan and delegate
- Ability to work with admin programs
Must Have:
- Available to work Full Time.
- Over the age of 18 years old
- Full working rights within Australia & most up-to-date resume
