What your day might look like:

  • Supporting the Store Manager to effectively manage daily operations throughout the business 
  • Achieve sales growth and meet regular KPI targets for your department
  • Build your department team to deliver exceptional customer service, modelling our inverted triangle structure 
  • Lead by example and communicate management expectations
  • High volume stock management
  • Merchandising inline with business expectations 
  • Launching catalogue campaigns with effective ticketing and set ups throughout your department 
  • Assist in recruitment and training and development functions throughout your team 
  • High volume stocktakes and Stock integrity initiatives to increase the profit of your department 

 What we’re looking for from you:

  • Retail Management Experience is a must 
  • High Volume or Big Box stock volume management is preferred 
  • Having an Owner's Mindset in your leadership style 
  • A passionate attitude that inspires team to exceed goals 
  • Experience in Development and Performance plans 
  • A resilient problem solver who is driven to success by innovation and time management 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills 
  • First Aid certified, or willing to be trained at our expense
