Spotlight Retail Group is seeking a results-oriented leader to drive operational improvements at Spotlight. Reporting to the Store Implementation Manager you'll simplify processes, build cutting-edge reporting, and empower store teams with data-driven decision making.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Simplify Operations & Reporting: Streamline processes, reports, and BI tools for user-friendliness and data-driven decision making.
- Build Ad-hoc Reporting Capabilities: Create a framework for users to generate insights on-demand and provide training for effective utilization.
- Ensure Data Quality & Accuracy: Implement testing & validation procedures to guarantee reliable BI solutions.
- Train & Empower Users: Deliver training and documentation to equip users with the knowledge to utilize BI tools effectively.
- Generate Business Insights: Leverage data analytics to identify improvement opportunities and recommend strategic actions.
- Support Business Initiatives: Collaborate with stakeholders and provide data-driven support for critical projects.
- Automate Reporting: Develop automated workflows for efficient data processing, visualization, and report generation.
To be successful, you'll possess:
- Retail Experience: Proven experience working in a retail environment is essential.
- Data Expertise: Passion and enthusiasm for data analysis is required.
- BI Tools: Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data manipulation, visualization, and reporting.
- Data Analysis: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: A proven track record of successfully managing stakeholder relationships.
- Reporting & Efficiency: Proven ability to create reports that improve business efficiencies and effectiveness.
