The Role:

As a Spotlight Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing extensive leadership in a big box/large format retail environment
  • Demonstrating strong business acumen and experience with P&L management, wages, cost control etc.
  • Empowering and mentoring your team through talent pipelines and development plans 
  • Managing performance and providing feedback
  • Overseeing high-volume stock management with precision
  • Leading stock takes and maintaining stock levels 
  • Completing in-store walk through's, seasonal changes, actioning promotional activities and store standards 
  • Leading from the front in all areas of the business 
  • Driving store goals and KPI's 

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with:

  • Essential experience in Store Retail Management
  • Preferred experience in managing high-volume or big box stock
  • A leadership style with an Owner's Mindset
  • A passionate attitude that inspires your team to exceed goals
  • Experience in creating and implementing development and performance plans
  • A resilient, problem-solving approach driven by innovation and time management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with computer systems
  • First Aid certification, or a willingness to be trained at our expense
