Are you a marketing strategist with a passion for retail?

Spotlight Group Holdings (SGH), Australia's iconic retail powerhouse (think Spotlight, Anaconda, Mountain Designs & Harris Scarfe!), is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our Trade Planning team.

You'll orchestrate high-impact marketing campaigns, mentor a talented team, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive sales and brand loyalty. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, category strategies, to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing campaigns and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Lead the production of marketing collateral, such as catalogues and point-of-sale materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve marketing goals.
• Manage new store openings and support marketing initiatives across multiple locations.
• Provide support to the Head of Marketing on various projects and initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• You must have a minimum 5 years of experience in marketing planning and management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Adaptability to a dynamic retail environment
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in relevant marketing software and tools
• Marketing or business degree preferred
