What Your Day Might Look Like:

• Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations
• Achieving sales growth and meeting KPI targets for your department
• Building and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service, following our inverted triangle structure
• Leading by example and effectively communicating management expectations
• Managing high volume stock
• Merchandising in line with business standards
• Launching catalogue campaigns with effective ticketing and setups
• Assisting in recruitment, training, and development of team members
• Conducting high volume stocktakes and implementing stock integrity initiatives to boost department profitability

What We’re Looking for from You:

• Proven retail management experience
• Preferred experience in high volume or big box stock management
• An owner's mindset in your leadership style
• A passionate attitude that inspires your team to exceed goals
• Experience in developing and executing performance plans
• Resilient problem-solving skills, driven by innovation and time management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in computer skills
• First Aid certification, or willingness to be trained at our expense
