What your day might look like:
- Supporting the Store Manager to effectively manage daily operations throughout the business
- Support sales growth and meet regular KPI targets for your department
- Build your department team to deliver exceptional customer service, modelling our inverted triangle structure
- Lead by example and communicate management expectations
- Drive high volume stock management
- Merchandising inline with business expectations
- Launching catalogue campaigns with effective ticketing and set ups throughout your department
- Assist in recruitment and training and development functions throughout your team
- High volume stocktakes and Stock integrity initiatives to increase the profit of your department
What we’re looking for from you:
- Retail Management experience is a must
- Experience working with volume inbound stock 8+ palettes
- Having an Owner's Mindset in your leadership style
- A passionate attitude that inspires team to exceed goals
- Experience in development and performance plans
- A resilient problem solver who is driven to success by innovation and time management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- First Aid certified, or willing to be trained at our expense
- Full-time availability across weekends and late nights
- Full working rights within Australia
