Role Overview: As a Spotlight Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager to effectively manage daily operations, achieve sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer service. What Your Day Might Look Like:
Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations effectively.
Achieving sales growth and meeting regular KPI targets for your department.
Building a high-performing department team that delivers exceptional customer service.
Leading by example and communicating management expectations.
Managing high-volume stock effectively and ensuring merchandising meets business expectations.
Assisting in recruitment, training, and development functions.
Conducting high-volume stocktakes and implementing stock integrity initiatives.
What We're Looking for From You:
Retail management experience is essential.
Experience in high-volume stock management is preferred.
Demonstrated leadership style with an owner's mindset.
A passionate attitude that inspires teams to exceed goals.
Experience in development and performance plans.
Strong problem-solving skills driven by innovation and time management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills.
First Aid certification, or willingness to be trained at our expense.
